Yes. Press the chat button at the bottom of any page and ask about prices, areas, booking or what to expect. It answers from our team's own information. Please don't share codes, payment or personal details in the chat.

Either of us. Our complete cleaning kit with professional products and equipment costs €25 extra. You can also use your own products if you prefer a brand or have allergies.

It depends on the size of the space and the service. A typical home clean takes 2 to 4 hours and ironing about 1 to 2 hours per load. We'll give you an estimate when you book.

We work across the city and the surrounding districts. Tell us your area and we'll confirm.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service. If something urgent comes up, talk to us and we'll work it out.

Yes: weekly, every two weeks, monthly or one-off. Regular clients get priority booking and may qualify for lower rates. Evenings and weekends are possible.

Yes: full clean, fresh linens, bathroom restocking and an inventory check, timed to your check-out and check-in.

Yes, many clients prefer it. We can arrange access with your building management, or you can give us keys after the first visit.
