Questions about Home Cleaning
How do I book?
Send a quote request on this site or message us on WhatsApp at +44 20 7946 0000. We'll confirm the price and a time that suits you. We aim to reply within 2 hours during business hours.
Who brings the cleaning products and equipment?
Either of us. Our complete cleaning kit with professional products and equipment costs €25 extra. You can also use your own products if you prefer a brand or have allergies.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the size of the space and the service. A typical home clean takes 2 to 4 hours and ironing about 1 to 2 hours per load. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
Can you set up a regular schedule?
Yes: weekly, every two weeks, monthly or one-off. Regular clients get priority booking and may qualify for lower rates. Evenings and weekends are possible.
Can you clean while I'm not home?
Yes, many clients prefer it. We can arrange access with your building management, or you can give us keys after the first visit.
